바로 계정을 삭제하면 로그인 정보와 프로필, 등록된 결제수단, 알림 등 회원님과 연결된 개인정보가 즉시 삭제됩니다. 이 페이지는 삭제를 요청하는 방법과, 삭제되는 정보·법령에 따라 일정 기간 보관되는 정보를 설명합니다. 자세한 처리 기준은 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
아래 정보는 계정 삭제 후에도 해당 법령이 정한 기간 동안 다른 정보와 분리해 보관한 뒤 파기합니다. 이 기간 동안에는 법령이 정한 목적 외로는 사용하지 않습니다.

계정 삭제와 개인정보 처리에 관한 문의는 아래로 연락해 주세요.
You can delete your Baro or Baro Pro account and personal data in two ways: (1) in the app, under Profile → Delete account (update the app if the menu is not shown yet), or (2) by emailing akswls641@gmail.com from the email address you signed up with. Use the subject "[Account deletion] Baro" or "[Account deletion] Baro Pro" and include your sign-up email (and salon name for Baro Pro). Requests are completed within 7 days and confirmed by reply.
Deleted immediately: login credentials, profile (name, email, phone number, date of birth, gender, photo), salon information, portfolio, uploaded documents, payout account and pending membership requests (Baro Pro), favorites and block lists, service preferences, notifications, push tokens, the registered payment method (also revoked at the payment provider), all unpaid service requests, and the notes and location attached to paid requests. Reviews are anonymized (author and text removed; the star rating is kept as an anonymous statistic) and any reward points are forfeited. If a salon owner account is deleted, the salon record is deleted and its staff designers are released and notified. Deletion is permanent; if a match, an additional payment or a payout is still in progress, the app shows the reason and deletion is postponed until it is completed. Accounts under an active restriction may be barred from re-registering for one year.
Retained for the period required by Korean law, separately from other data: contract and cancellation records (5 years), payment and service records limited to the name, service and amount (5 years), consumer dispute records (3 years), advertising records (6 months), tax invoices (5 years), major electronic financial transaction records (5 years; small transactions under KRW 10,000 and authorization records 1 year), access logs (3 months), location-service usage logs (6 months), booking-related chat logs shown to the other party as "deleted user" (3 years after the transaction), and the identity-verification hash with any account-restriction record (1 year after deletion, to prevent abusive re-registration).
